Coach Profile

Aisling Melia

Specialist in Career Coaching using techniques that are underpinned by research in Neuroscience. I have coached people at all stages of their career journey. From deciding what career to choose, working on change and progression along the way and supporting people get the most from retirement.  Prior to becoming a Career Coach, I worked as an executive recruiter for 15 years supporting people finding and progressing their careers and helping organisations find exceptional people. In addition to my Advanced Diploma in Coaching with Neuroscience I have a degree in Sociology and a Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management.

You may have noticed I use the word people a lot! People and reaching their full potential has always been at the centre of what I do.  See below a sample of topics that often come up in coaching.  If you recognise yourself here, then let’s have a free conversation.  I would be delighted to answer any questions you have and explain how coaching with neuroscience works and transforms!
