Having lived in four countries across two continents and having worked in a variety of roles in diverse industries (fitness, construction, banking, software, public & private education, retail, consultancy), I can safely say that change can be a challenge. I have been able to sustain change throughout my life by ensuring that each step in my professional career is driven by my personal desires.
I started as an Associate in Accounts before serving as a Financial Controller. After 10 years I took a break from office work and moved to Asia to deliver training to adults and children. Upon returning to Europe I embraced Human Resource Management, and I am now focusing on bringing my diverse experience together as a Personal Development Coach.
Next to a Bachelor Degree in Business Studies (Hons.), I am a certified Coach with Neuroscience. I am a licensed WIN-Coach Member with the World Association of Coaching with Neuroscience, and an Associate Member with the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD). I have invested in Continuing Professional Development throughout my career.
I am passionate about enabling others’ development, which I support with the aid of empathy, patience, curiosity and spiced up with creativity. I have travelled the world extensively, cooking wholesome food is my passion, and I thrive on physical exercise and mindfulness meditation. I am the Group Moderator/Administrator of my brainchild ‘Western Winds Coaching Circle’, a networking group for coaches based in and/or serving the West of Ireland.
Agendas for Coaching can be related to your personal or professional life. Examples of agendas I have supported:
* integrating studies into everyday life
* reviewing personal financial situation
* moving country
* career change
* recovery from illness
Coaching sessions can take place face-to-face (confined to the West of Ireland) or in an online format (I utilize the platform Zoom.us). I can facilitate coaching sessions in both English and Dutch.
