For over 25 years I have been involved in social and economic area development with an emphasis on people development and equality of opportunity. My work has always been based on the principles of empowerment, assisting individuals, groups, communities and organisations plan what they want to achieve and decide how they are going to get there.
I believe that everyone is special and has the capability to bring about powerful change in their own unique way, feeling alive in life and fully acquainted with themselves and their own desires and ambitions. By stripping back the layers of confusion, clarity starts to emerge and solutions and decisions become clear.
